The Department of Renewable Energy, St. Albert’s College (Autonomous), organised an Interschool and Intercollegiate Greeting Card Making Competition (Muthassikoru Kathu) and Selfie Competition (Selfie With Muthassi) as a part of celebrating the International Day for the Elderly. Neha Martin of St. Albert’s College (Autonomous) won the First Prize for Selfie With Muthassi Competition in the College Category. Rosna Johnson from St. Teresa’s College (Autonomous), Ernakulam secured the Second Prize. Alina Vivera and Evangeline Ruth of St. Albert’s College (Autonomous), Ernakulam shared the third place. Dr. Shobita P S, Assistant Professor, Department of BBA, St. Albert’s College (Autonomous), Ernakulam judged the event. Mr. Adarsh D from Kendriya Vidyalaya No-1, Naval Base, Cochin won the First Prize in the Selfie with Muthassi Competition in the school category. Mr. Vaishnav Arun from Mount Mary Public School came second and Ms. Diya Biju from Kendriya Vidhyalaya, Cochin came third for the same. The competition was judged by Mr. Raju George P.
Ms. Angel Maria Aju, St. Teresa’s College (Autonomous), Ernakulam came first in the Intercollegiate Muthassikoru Kathu Competition. Ms. Nikhitha Margaret from St. Teresa’s College (Autonomous), Ernakulam came second and Ms. Soumya P D from St. Albert’s College (Autonomous), Ernakulam came third for the competition. Mr. Ashil Antony, Assistant Professor, Department of BBA, St. Albert’s College (Autonomous), Ernakulam judged the event. Ms. Mary Vybha Felex from St. Antony’s H.S.S, Ernakulam won the First Prize in the Inter school Muthassikoru Kathu Competition. Ms. Saaya Sanjo from Bhavans Vidya Mandir, Irinjalakuda came second and Mr. Vaishnav Arun from Mount Mary Public School, Kottayam came third for the same. Mr. Akhil Antony Alex, Assistant Professor, Department of Renewable Energy Management, DDU Kaushal Kendra, Sree Sankara College, Kalady was the judge for the Event. The Staff coordinator for the competitions were Ms. Pearl Antonette Mendez and Mr. Vishnu Raj K was the student co-ordinator for the same.
